Vinayakudu is a Telugu movie starring Krishnudu and Sonia in lead roles. It was a different love story between a beautiful girl and fatty boy. Sai Kumar Adavi who has worked as assistant director to Shekhar Kammula for the movies like Godavari and Happy Days, has directed this film.

Karthik (Krishnudu) is a fatty guy comes to city from village for job. With help of his friend he gets job in a corporate company. There he meets Kalpana (Sonia) a beautiful arrogant girl who is team lead for Karthik. Karthik falls to Kalpana in first look only.

But Kalpana hates him because of his fat body. But later Karthik impresses Kalpana with his honest and caring nature. She feels him as friend first later realises she is in love with him.

Director has followed Shekhar Kammula‘s style only. This movie targeted only college students and city audience. It has reached that particular section audience well and became a good success. No one expected a hit from this movie at the time of making.

Poonam Kaur, Satya Krishnan are the other lead cast. Ankita has appeared in a small character.

But the mouth talk gave life to this moviw and made it a decent hit. Raja, Sharvanad and Parvati Melton were appeared in lead roles.

Naveen (Raja) is an young guy completed his Engineering goes to USA to do hi MBA. There he meets an Indian girl called Pavani (Parvathi Melton) who is also going MBA. Naveen falls in love with Pavani, but surprises when he comes to know about her past life.

What are the problems Pavani has and how Naveen solved those is the main story.

Story line is a bit regular but director has given fresh look by adding fresh comedy. Songs was well shot in beautiful American locations. This is the first movie to Parvathi Melton made her famous in Andhra Pradesh.

Anil Kumar (Ravi Teja) is an un employee who joins as night watch man at last. He shares a house with Swati (Kalyani). in day times he sleeps in that house. In night times she stays there. Without watching each other, with help of letters only they falls in love with each other.

Swati’s boss (Kota Srinivas Rao)’s son falls in love with her. Her boss convinces her parents for marriage. This forces her into dilemma. How she and Anil reunited at last is the remaining story.

It was a pleasant love story. Chakri’s music was top class and one of the chart buster for that year. Especially the songs, Raa Rammani and Mallello Hai Hai were rocked audience. This movie was great break for Kalyani and comedians like Kondavalasa and Krishna Bhagavan.

Anasuya was a 2007 Tollywood film starring Bhoomika Chawla in lead roles. Ravi Babu has directed this psycho thriller. Nikita and Abbas were appeared in two key roles.

Police department appoints Anand (Abbas) to investigate a serial murders. He notices that, in every body an important part is missing. Anasuya (Bhoomika Chawla) gets job as crime reporter and stays in Joseph (Shankar Melkote)’s house along with a small orphan girl Lakshmi.

One night she hears some sounds from the up stairs. There she notices Joseph is killed and his heart is missing. Later that killer attacks on Anasuya also. What’s the relation between Anasuya and that serial killer. Why he is collecting body parts is the remaining story.

Chalapati Rao and Ankita were appeared in a small role. This movie did very well at Box Office.

Story of the movie revolves around Luv Kumar (Tanish). His dream is having many girl friends in his life. He starts flirting the girls in very small age only. He tries to many girls but no one replies to him. One under a mango tree he decides instead of trying many girls better trying for only one girl.

He opts Anu (Madhavi Latha) as his girl friend. After facing some problems, by helping to Anu when her father gets heart stroke, he impresses her and wins her heart. She agrees to be his friend. In short period they both becomes very close friends. Anu falls deeply to Luv Kumar.

But Luv thinks she is the first step for his new world. Because of Annu he changes his dressing hair style, every thing. His new look and stylish behavior attracts many girls to him. What happen to Annu’s love and who Luv Kumar married is the interesting.

Kasi Viswanath who has earlier directed the movie Nuvvu Leka Nenu Lenu has played an important role in this movie. Raksha has appeared as mother to Taneesh.

This combo came with the movie Yem Maaya Cheave. Because of Chaithu’s previous track record no more hype was there on the movie. It had hit the theaters very silently on February 26th. First day it received mixed talk but positive response. By the second collection were improved a lot.

Third day onwards movie run had started and created sensation. Chaithu who has disappointed every one with first movie , but he has rocked in this movie with matured performance. His acting skills is up to the mark and new heroine Samantha became an over night super star.

Its a simple story but, screenplay did really magic like the title only. A.R.Rahman has given really mid blowing music. Manjula who earlier produced industry records breaker Pokiri has proved once again she has good taste in story selection.

Atfer the release of the movie also it has n’t gained any proper talk. But because of the mouth talk as good movie it has played with packed theaters among the many big movies. Because of other big ventures no one noticed the movie resuming, but finally it gave very good profits to producers.

Story of the movie touches the fraud in Orphanages. Vinod (Allari Naresh) is a guy who brought up in a Orphanage and a Church joins in college, there he meets a beautiful girl called Divya (Veda). Every one watches the look of Vinod and hates him because of his poor getup.

But Divya notices his talent and encourages him. Divya falls in love with Aadhi (Abhishek). Vinod is not ready to loose Divya, what he did for Divya is the rest of story.

Its remake for super hit Tamil movie Kaadhal Kondein starring Danush and Sonia Agarwal.

Due to the major releases of Big Stars like Bangaram (2006) of Pawan Kalyan and Pokiri of Mahesh Babu, no one expected that, this small budget venture wins the Box Office. But to the surprise of every one it became a super hit and completed 100 days in 9 theaters.

Almost all the comedians in Tollywood were appeared in this film. Naresh’s golden time has started with this movie only. After this movie only he has started gaining good fame in the Tollywood circles.

Movie starts on highway, two friends are traveling on a highway in mid night. One among them sleeps, and the second one lack of company feels a bit sleepy. Their car meets with a small accident. Both friends comes out of the car an stands on road for lift. One among them goes a bit side, when he arrives to the road, he notices some blood but not his friend. Later finds the dead body, some body kills the second person also.

Then the movie shift to Hyderabad. Rajiv (Rajiv Kanakala) and Rishi (Rishi) are best friends. Rajiv is a film director and Rishi is a hero. Both of them delivered two super hits. For their third movie, they gives an ad for the stories. Rajiv reads a story and impressed with that story, but it is not a full story.

He asks his assistant to catch the writer and goes to their form house. On the way to their form house, every thing happens according the script which Aravind saw. As per the script they meets a beautiful girl (Sherlyn Chopra). She also behaves as per the script. Rajiv suspects that, she is the psycho killer.

Is she really the psycho killer ? How these two guys protected themselves from the danger is the rest of story. String tight screenplay and perfect art work made it super duper hit.

Later Shekkhar Suri made another horror movie called Three (2008) with the same team, but failed to impress audience.
